With over 15 years of hands-on experience and a client list that spans celebrities, public figures, and everyday people, Erica built her reputation on one undeniable truth: melanin- rich skin requires different care and deeper knowledge.

After years of working in the beauty industry, she realized there was a demographic that was under serviced.Over five years of research, testing, and formulation, Erica developed Derm7, a results-driven product line built specifically for deeper skin tones. Along the way, she tracked ingredient interactions, studied scar and trauma responses, and worked directly with thousands of clients to uncover what truly works.

That discovery became the foundation of the Melanin Masterclass educational platform pairing science, strategy, and skincare. Bold, real, and results-focused, Erica’s mission is to equip estheticians with the understanding and confidence to treat melanated skin with precision and purpose.
